lg e400 always shows emergency mode

hello sir, i have lg e 400.i update 2.3.6 with kdz updater with kdz file.after finish update phone goes to emergency mode.then i power on mobile only it shows emergency mode.
but when i press vol-,centre button, power on the phone goes to normal mode and work fine.when i switch off again phone only shows emergency mode.is any solution please
